Aptech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Annual Accounts (Consolidated and Standalone) for the year ended March 31, 2015 together with the financials for quarter ended on that date and will also consider Dividend for the year 2014-15, if any.
