We are enclosing herewith the 12th Annual Report of the Company for the financial period 2020-21 along with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting which has been dispatched today (i.e. September 06, 2022) in electronic form to all eligible Members whose email ids are registered with the Company/ Depositories. The 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 11.30 A.M. (1ST) through ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") in accordance with the Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities & Exchange Board of India.
