Archies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2014, has appointed Mr. Dilip Seth as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Mr. Dilip Seth will act as Director (Finance) and CFO. Mr. Dilip Seth is a qualified Chartered Accountant and was earlier working as Director (Finance) of the Company.
