ARIHANT CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Arihant Capital Markets Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.75 (15%) per share for the financial year 2014-15, subject to the approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Boards of Director also approved re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
