This is in reference to the covering letter for submission of Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended Dec 31 2024filed pursuant to Regulation 32(6) of SEBI ( PDF Disclosure), submitted to BSE Limited on 14th of February 2025. We wish to bring to your kind attention that there is a clerical error in the covering letter for submission of Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended December 31 2024. In the paragraph 1 of the Covering letter the term " issued by India Ratings & Research Private Limited" has been inadvertently mentioned, whereas the correct term should have been "issued by ICRA Limited" We kindly request you ( BSE Limited) and all stakeholders of the Company to read the term as " issued by ICRA Limited" in place of " issued by India Ratings & Research Private Limited" We sincerely apologize for the confusions this may have caused and assure you that this was purely an administrative oversight.
