Arms Paper Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2015, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Ms. Rima Dipakkumar Mehta has been appointed as an additional director on the Board of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 149 & 151 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>2. Shri Dharmesh Agrawal, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
