ARMS PAPER LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Arms Paper Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, has appointed Shri Rajendra Parmar as Manager of the Company for the period of 3 years w.e.f. November 13, 2014, at a remuneration as mutually decided by the Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors, in consultation with Shri Rajendra Parmar.
