Arnav Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017 to consider the Unaudited Financial Result of the Company along with Limited review report for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 any other matter with the permission of the Chair.<BR><BR>The trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from February 05, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Employees including all Directors and such other employees of the Company who are in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation.
