To consider and approve standalone un-audited financial results of die Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2015;<BR><BR>2. To execute the New Listing Agreement to be entered with Stock Exchange on behalf of the Company;<BR><BR>3. To approve and adopt the policies as per SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;<BR><BR>4. To authorized officer of the Company for determination of materiality of any event in accordance with the Regulations for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchange.
