Dear Madam/Sir, In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 3rd July, 2024, about the meeting of Committee of Creditors ("COC"), pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and in accordance with the requirements of Sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that the 28th (Twenty Eighth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors (COC) of ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited, the corporate debtor was duly convened on Friday, 05th July, 2024 at 03.00 P.M. onwards through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company appraised the Committee of Creditors, inter-alia, about the current status of CIRP and discussed the operational matters. The meeting was concluded at 16.22 hours. You are requested to take the above information on record.
