Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation with our earlier intimation dated 23-07-2024, regarding resignation of Statutory Auditors of the company, pursuant to Regulation 30 of (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015) read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2023, we wish to inform that M/s ARMS & Associates, Chartered Accoountants, bearing FRN - 013019N, Statutory Auditor of the company have tendered their resignation vide their resignation letter dated 23-07-2024 informing their inability to continue as the Statutory Auditor of the company.
