The 15th Annual General Meeting (''AGM'') of the Company was held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. and concluded at 10:10 A.M., through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). In this regard, we are enclosing herewith the following: Report of the Scrutinizer dated September 28, 2024 issued by VC and Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration), Rules 2014. It may be noted that, all the resolutions proposed in the notice of 15th AGM have been approved by the members with requisite majority.
