Arvind Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for Directors and Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors and Designated Persons of the Company from July 22, 2015 to August 07, 2015 for the purpose of forthcoming Board Meeting for consideration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
