Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received requests for issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu of the old certificates which have been reported lost/misplaced by the shareholders.<BR>
