Arvind Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, to consider and take on record the quarterly Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, the Board of Directors at the said meeting will also consider the delisting of equity shares of the Company from the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited under the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
