With reference to the earlier letter dated December 10, 2015 about the outcome of the Board Meeting and the decision of the Board of Directors on the Extension to hold Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>In this connection, Arvind Remedies Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has obtained further extension upto March 31, 2016 to hold the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended June 30, 2015.
