With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 10, 2014 and April 30, 2014, Arvind Remedies Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend dividend if any, on the equity shares of the Company.
