Aryaman Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, has taken the following decision:<BR><BR>1. The Board has decided and approved to venture into the business of Portfolio Management through Subsidiary/SPV/appropriate route and further approved necessary investment for the same.<BR><BR>2.
