ASCENT EXIM (INDIA) LTD. - Extension of Financial Year

Ascent Exim India Ltd has informed BSE that till now the Company was following Financial year as November - October. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on December 27, 2013 has decided to EXTEND the current financial year upto December, 2013.<br/><br/>In this regard therefore, the Company has informed that the current Financial Year of the Company would be from November, 2012 to December, 2013 i.e. of 15 months and accordingly the Company will be submitting the financial results in conformity of the Listing Agreement.
