Aseem Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2016, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Taking note of the resignation of Mr. Mudit Rastogi from the post of Whole Time Director, Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. February 15, 2016;<BR><BR>2. Resignation of Mr. Narender Sigh Chauhan, from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. March 10, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Taking note of the resignation of Mr. Tanuj Rastogi, from the post of Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. March 15, 2016;<BR><BR>4. Appointment of Mr. Narender Kumar as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f March 28, 2016;<BR><BR>5. Appointment of Mr. Ram Dhiraj as Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. March 28, 2016.
