Aseem Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>And Trading Window for dealing with the shares of the Company by Directors, Designated Employees including their relatives and Auditors will remain closed with effect from May 20, 2016 till expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on May 30, 2016 in which Board will consider and approve audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
