The article mentions that the accused Mr. Hiten Haria is associated with certain companies whose names begin with 'Ashapura'. <BR> <BR> This is to clarify that neither Mr. Hiten Haria or any of the entities mentioned in the article are associated or have ever been associated with 'The Ashapura Group' whose flagship company Ashapura Minechem Ltd. (ISIN: INE348A01023, BSE: 527001, NSE: ASHAPURMIN) is listed on India's premier exchanges. <BR> <BR> None of the companies of the Ashapura Group including Ashapura International Ltd.
