Ashco Niulab Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 28, 2012 to December 31, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on December 31, 2012.
