With reference to the earlier announcement regarding the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on December 31, 2012 at 9.30 A.M. at the registered office of the Company, Ashco Niulab Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company is now postponed as was informed earlier and the same will be held on or before January 31, 2013 by virtue of the extension of one month granted by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Honble Ministry of Corporate Affairs, pursuant to the Order dated December 27, 2012 on the ground of sickness of Chairman and Managing Director.<br/><br/>Fresh intimation regarding the date of 26th Annual General meeting for the Accounting Year ended March 31, 2012 will be given to the exchange in due course.
