Ashiana Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Sundaram and Narayanan, Auditors of the Company have vide their Itr. dt. August 05, 2014 resigned Auditors of the Company. The Company has taken effective steps to get a new Auditor appointed in the forthcoming AGM. The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to recommend to the Shareholders the appointment of M/s. Prasan Kumar T., Prasan and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, as Statutory Auditors, from the conclusion of the forthcoming of the forthcoming AGM until such period as may be prescribed.
