Intimation for Closure of Trading Window from 01st October 2024 for all the Designated Employees and their immediate relatives for dealing in any transactions of the shares of the Company. The Trading Window shall re-open after 48 hours of announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2024.
