With reference to Outcome of Board Meeting dated 20.07.2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed from 20th July, 2024 till 48 hours after conclusion of subsequent Board meeting to be held in due course to approve the proposal of fund raising.
