In reference to our Intimation dated 06.08.2024 and 19.08.2024, we are submitting herewith the 2nd Corrigendum to Notice of (01/2024-2025) Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Ashika Credit Capital Limited scheduled to be held on 30.08.2024 at 11:30 a.m. through VC/OAVM. Except the changes mentioned in the Corrigendum, all information and content as set out in EGM Notice dated 31.07.2024 including the resolutions to be considered threat remains unchanged.
