Ashnisha Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time, we hereby would like to inform that the trading window shall remain close from Saturday i.e. 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023.
