Ashok Alco Chem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on April 19, 2016, has appointed Mr. Purab Shah as an Additional Director (Category - Executive Director) designated as "Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)" of the Company to hold office for a period of two years with effect from April 19, 2016, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company at the General Meeting.
