ASHOKA BUILDCON LTD. - Closure of Toll Operations

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has informed BSE that with reference to its wholly owned subsidiary viz. Viva Highways Limited (VHL), implementing the Indore-Sanawad-Khandwa-Burhanpur -Edlabad Road Project SH-27 in the State of Madhya Pradesh on Build -Operate and Transfer (BOT Basis) with Toll Rights, Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation, Bhopal ("the Authority") has taken over the Project on February 18, 2017 at midnight, after the expiry of the concession period as per the terms of the Concession Agreement.<BR><BR>VHL will continue to pursue its claims on the said Project with the Authority.
