Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015, this is to inform that Company has entered into an agreement for transfer of its entire i.e. 90% stake held in ABL Indira Projects JV LLP for a total amount of Rs.5,44,50,099/- to Indira Projects & Development (Tamil Nadu) Private Limited.
