This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015), the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 11th November, 2021 have approved inter alia the un-audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.
