Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter (Q2) and Half year (H1) ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further pursuant to Clause 6(a) of the Company's Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officer(s), Designated Employees and ail other Insiders of the Company as defined in the Code from November 03, 2014 till November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive), in view of the Board Meeting scheduled for November 13, 2014.
