Asian Hotels (North) Limited - Board Meeting Outcome for Un-Audited Financial Results As On 30.06.2022

The Board of Directors in its meeting held today 9th August, 2022 approved the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2022, copy of the said results is enclosed pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors on the above Stand-alone and Consolidated results are also enclosed.
