Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved and adopted a Policy on determination of materiality of events/information (hereinafter referred to as the Policy") and has authorized the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for the purpose of determining materiality of events/information and making disclosures to the stock exchanges under this Regulation, as detailed in the Policy.<BR>
