The Board of Directors at their meeting held today have, inter alia, approved the audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2021. The Board meeting commenced at 10 a.m. and post approval of the aforesaid financial results will continue upto its scheduled time.
