Please find enclosed the intimation dated 8th July 2024 received from Link Intime India Private Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, providing information regarding issue of duplicate share certificates in favour of shareholder(s) of the Company. Further, a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued to the said shareholder(s) of the Company within the prescribed timelines.
