We invite your attention to our letter no. APL/SEC/32/2024-25/33 dated 10th September 2024, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 10th September 2024 had, inter alia, approved the appointment of Mr. Varun Berry (DIN: 05208062) as an Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a period of five consecutive years with effect from 23rd October 2024 to 22nd October 2029, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot. In this regard, please find attached the postal ballot notice dated 10th September 2024 together with the explanatory statement being sent to the members of the Company.
