Please find enclosed the intimation letter dated 30th September 2024 received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - Link Intime India Private Limited, providing information regarding the loss of share certificate by the shareholder(s) of the Company. Further, a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued after completion of necessary procedures prescribed by Law.
