Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that as per "Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" the trading window of the Company will be closed between June 23, 2014 and July 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) for publication of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The same has been informed to the Directors, persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Designated employees of the Company.
