ASIAN STAR CO.LTD. - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

Asian Star Company Limited has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 14, 2021, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each of the Company) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to the approval of the shareholders at 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company, the dividend will be paid to the shareholders within a period of 30 days from the date of AGM.
