ASM Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2015 to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results (standalone) & Unaudited Financial Result (consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 and to consider declaration of Interim dividend if any, for the year 2015-2016, if the Board may decide.<BR><BR>Further, as per Insider Trading Policy of the company the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by the Designated employees including Directors of the company will remain closed between October 11, 2015 to October 17, 2015, both days inclusive.
