ASM TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

ASM Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share, i.e. 8% on the par value of Rs. 10/- per share for the financial year 2014-15, the payment is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
