ASM TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

ASM Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2015, inter alia, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.80 per share, i.e. 18% on the par value of Rs. 10/- per share for the financial year 2015-16.
