Assam Company India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results together with the Limited Review Report for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, trading window will remain closed between November 12, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
