Assam Company India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Debabrata Thakurta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of August 12, 2014, and thereby cease to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
