Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 29th May, 2024 has inter alia, considered and approved - 1. Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated/0 for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024, along with the Auditors Report. A copy of such financial results along with the Audit report, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement are enclosed as Annexure A. 2. Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations is also enclosed as Annexure B.
