Assam Entrade Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons and their immediate relatives, the "Trading window" of the ompany shall remain closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48hrs after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024.
