Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.50 (5%) per share on equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, subject to approval of shareholders in AGM.
